An experienced secondary English teacher and a senior leader at several schools where she led on data and assessment, and curriculum and standards, Alex now leads on curriculum development and the improvement of education across Lionheart Educational Trust. Alex devises and refines both the academic and personal development curriculum, with consultative implementation in schools carried out alongside a team of subject specialist directors of learning whom she leads.  

Alex is also a specialist leader in education for CPD, using that understanding to facilitate appropriate training and development for teachers to support school improvement.
