Andrea Wright is the Head of Learning and Development at REAch2, where she leads the professional growth and development of more than 3,000 staff across the Trust. Since joining REAch2 in 2017 as Director of the Teaching School Alliance, she has played a central role in shaping a culture of continuous learning and high-quality professional development.

Before moving into trust-wide leadership, Andrea held several senior roles in schools, including Deputy Headteacher, Teaching School Lead, and Advanced Skills Teacher in English. She qualified as an English teacher in 2005 and has since dedicated her career to empowering educators at every stage of their journey.

Driven by a belief that everyone can reach their potential when supported by a strong professional learning culture, Andrea is passionate about developing people, nurturing talent, and enabling impactful practice across the sector.

Outside of work, she is a mother of two and an enthusiastic—if self-confessed “attempted”—Pilates practitioner.
