Andrew leads the trust's strategy for pedagogy and teacher development. With extensive leadership experience across a range of schools, Andrew has served as both headteacher and executive headteacher, driving improvement and securing strong outcomes for pupils and communities. In his current role, he is responsible for shaping Astrea's approach to a culture of evidence-informed teaching, professional development, and instructional excellence, supporting leaders and teachers across the trust to deliver high-quality education for every child.
