Asma Ahmad is Head of Pastoral Care at Horizon English School in Dubai, with over 20 years’ experience in safeguarding, counselling, and social work across the UK and internationally. 
She has led the school’s safeguarding and wellbeing provision for the past seven years, during which Horizon English School won an TES award for Staff Wellbeing Initiative of the Year, and holds an MSc in Psychology from City University, London.
