Catherine is a former secondary assistant headteacher (teaching and learning) and award-winning primary governor. She also brings 10 years’ experience of working in the corporate sector, adding to her perspective on system-level leadership and organisational development. Catherine holds ILM Level 7 qualifications in both executive coaching and coaching supervision and is passionate about embedding personalised development into the heart of school and trust culture, to nurture and sustain colleagues across the sector, having seen the impact of this approach across hundreds of educational settings.
