Chris is well known in the careers education community as a dynamic and innovative careers adviser. He was awarded the prestigious ‘UK Careers Adviser of the Year’ Award by the Career Development Institute (CDI) in 2021. 

Chris is the Area Manager and RCDP Careers Adviser, leading a team of committed advisers who provide information, advice, and guidance services across South-East England. Alongside this role, he creates media content for CXK, a charity dedicated to inspiring people to thrive. A published careers writer, Chris also serves as Chair of the Careers Writers Association (CWA).
