As Director of Education, Claire oversees a team of highly skilled directors of school improvement and quality assurance, system leaders, head teachers and lead practitioners. Claire has successfully developed a sophisticated school improvement model that is fundamental to the success of the partnership. In the last 12 months, through Claire’s leadership the partnership has successfully achieved seven outstanding Ofsted inspections. Previously to her role within Flying High, Claire was head teacher at Mapplewells Primary school which she led to ‘outstanding’.
