Debbie is level 6 and 7 qualified careers development professional (RCDP). Debbie joined Morrisby in April 2024 after leadership roles in CEIAG across the state and independent sectors. Debbie has also led PSHE, winning a Public Health England award, and worked with Bedfordshire Police’s Violence and Exploitation Reduction Unit. 

Prior to career guidance, Debbie worked in sales and marketing in the UK and Greece. Debbie is driven to ensure all young people, regardless of background, have the best opportunities and can become positive, successful citizens.
