Originally entering the profession as a teacher of Physics, Deborah is an experienced coach and facilitator with wealth of experience in teacher and leader development.  As a former AST and SLE, Teaching and Learning and professional learning are at the heart of Deborah’s work and she continues to facilitate multiple training programmes including NPQH.

Following eight years as a secondary headteacher, Deborah is now Deputy Director of Education at Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust.  She particularly enjoys working with trust teachers on pedagogical development, along with the outward facing aspects of her role such as strategic board membership.
