Gayle is Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing at North London Collegiate School, a leading girls' day school in Edgware. Gayle has held various pastoral, leadership, safeguarding and wellbeing roles for over 20 years and is a Youth MHFA Instructor, working closely with the pastoral and safeguarding teams, school counsellors, medical centre team and peer supporters.
