Glynis is a trainer at The Bell Foundation, and a language and literacy specialist. She trains teachers, who work in multilingual classrooms across the UK, on strengthening their practice as they build an inclusive pedagogy. She has been a secondary school English teacher, primary school literacy project researcher, and English textbook writer and commissioning editor, in South Africa. More recently, she has designed an online course, for school leaders in the UK, on building a whole-school approach to identifying and supporting multilingual learners who have SEND.
