Harroop Sandhu is a leadership coach and EDI consultant with over 20 years of experience in education. She works with school and system leaders to strengthen decision-making in complex, high-pressure environments, helping them respond to risk, inequity and safeguarding challenges with greater clarity, confidence and care.

Her approach combines coaching, leadership development and systemic analysis to support leaders to make better judgements without shame, blame or defensiveness.

Harroop is Vice President of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT), an EMCC coach, and an EDI Fellow with the Institute of Educational and Social Equity.
