Helen has been the head of safeguarding at REAch2 Academy Trust since 2016. REAch2 is unique in being a very large trust, and also a primary-only trust. She works across all 62 of our primary schools, located across the South East and the Midlands, many of which are based in deprived and under-served communities. Prior to joining REAch2, Helen worked as a senior manager for NSPCC, based in the ChildLine helpline and managing high level risk for young people seeking help. For ten years, she was also a teacher, assistant headteacher and DSL in primary and middle schools in Bedfordshire.
