Wave MAT is an alternative provision and special school trust. She has extensive experience within the AP sector, having previously held senior leadership roles including director of education and principal within hospital education. Prior to moving into alternative provision, Helen gained significant senior management experience as an assistant headteacher and deputy headteacher in both inner-city and coastal schools.
