Jennette has more than 15 years' experience across a range of services supporting young people, including managing services for care leavers and care leaver parents. She’s recruited and trained volunteers through a 10-week programme, covering key topics such as child protection, safeguarding and exploitation. Her background also includes supporting young people with SEND and helping them into employment. Jennette has worked for the local authority running youth groups, detached outreach, and residential programmes.
