Jo has over 30 years' experience working in a large Birmingham secondary school, supporting young people who are vulnerable to the dangers of gang culture and serious youth Violence . She has developed a strong network of professionals across different agencies and communities with the aim of bringing about sustainable,  positive change for young people affected by gang culture.
