Kamelia Johnson is a director of safeguarding with a wealth of safeguarding experience across both the state and independent sector, local authority and multi academy trusts. With a strong passion to support colleagues within their safeguarding roles, to foster and build confidence and support their wellbeing, Kamelia also works as a safeguarding consultant with the Safeguarding Network delivering safeguarding supervision and as an independent safeguarding trainer delivering safeguarding and child protection training. Kamelia has led schools to successful ISI and Ofsted inspections and comes with a wealth of advice and guidance to support and guide safeguarding leaders.
