Kenny Wheeler is an Inclusion, SEND and Leadership consultant with more than 25 years experience in the education sector. Kenny is the author of ‘The Strategic SENCo – How to lead whole school inclusion with vision and purpose’. He was a Secondary SENCo and senior leader before moving into educational consultancy. Kenny facilitates leadership development in Inclusion and SEND via workshops focusing on identification of needs, strategic development of provision to name but a few. He is also a facilitator on the NPQ SENCo qualification. Kenny is currently supporting mainstream settings in Surrey and the South East of England as well as working as a coach and school improvement partner in several special schools. He is passionate about coaching and working with settings to develop sustainable systems and processes that support whole school inclusion.
