Kerri Edge is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Rivermead Inclusive Trust, where she has spent the past ten years leading school improvement, safeguarding, equality, inclusion and trust‑wide strategic priorities across primary, secondary and specialist settings. Previously, she was a secondary headteacher, driving significant improvement. She has also held executive leadership roles including Director of School Improvement across the trust and Executive Headteacher of a special school.

Kerri leads sustainability for the trust, overseeing its Climate Action Plan, and directs Rivermead Solutions, expanding specialist SEND training and therapies across the region. She works extensively with community partners on food poverty, family wellbeing and public health initiatives. Known for her clarity, compassion and values‑led leadership, Kerri is committed to ensuring every child receives an ambitious, high‑quality education and every leader is supported to help pupils thrive.
