Ladi is an award-winning Careers & Employability Development Leader with over 30 years’ experience supporting schools and colleges to deliver outstanding careers provision across the UK, USA, and beyond. A Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser, she received the prestigious 2025 Career Development Institute Award for Career Development Professional in an Education Setting.

She spent seven years as a Careers Hub Lead at The Careers & Enterprise Company, leading strategic employer engagement initiatives across multiple regions.

As Director of Continental Careers (7CC) and Founder & CEO of Global Educational Travel & Tours (GETT), Ladi is a recognised expert on the Gatsby Benchmarks—particularly Benchmark 6: Experiences of Workplaces. She’s renowned for reimagining work experience and strengthening both experiences and encounters within the Gatsby framework. Ladi leads a team creating modern, impactful placements aligned with all eight Benchmarks and developed the PERE Model (Prepare → Execute → Reflect → Evaluate), a practical framework that turns every placement into structured, meaningful learning for students, educators, and employers.

Ladi also leads workforce readiness programmes, international exchanges and careers education reform. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, Ladi delivers keynotes and workshops globally, empowering professionals to build future-ready talent pipelines and create inclusive, AI-enhanced careers education and guidance.
