Laura is the Head of Inclusion at Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls in Abu Dhabi. With nearly 30 years of experience in education and inclusion leadership, Laura has worked extensively across secondary schools in both the UK and the UAE, leading inclusion, safeguarding, specialist provision, and support for children in crisis. She is passionate about creating learning environments where all students feel understood, valued, and actively involved in their learning, with a particular focus on practical, relationship-based approaches that improve outcomes for young people.
