The Leadership Skills Foundation is an awarding organisation dedicated to helping young people develop the leadership and life skills they need to succeed. For 45 years, the organisation has worked with schools, colleges, universities, sports bodies and community groups to deliver accredited awards and qualifications that build confidence, communication, teamwork and resilience. Its programmes use practical, experiential learning to help young people lead activities, support their peers and contribute to their communities. Today, the Foundation supports more than 14,500 delivery centres and has empowered over 2 million learners to develop the confidence to believe, the qualities to lead and the skills to succeed.
