Lisa Marriott is Chief People Officer at Embark Federation, a trust serving 25 primary and secondary schools across Derbyshire. She leads the trust’s People and Culture strategy, supporting leaders to create environments where staff feel valued, supported, and capable of doing their best work for children and communities.

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in strategic HR and organisational development across education, the NHS, civil service and the charity sector. Her work focuses on leadership development, organisational change, wellbeing and building strong organisational cultures.

Alongside her role at Embark, Lisa is Chair of Trustees at Rebuild East Midlands, a small but impactful local charity supporting survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.
