With a diverse career in teaching, training, and managing people and projects across multiple schools, Luke is currently serving as digital and data lead for KGA, overseeing the integration of technology across the trust, including primary, secondary, sixth form, and special education. His experience includes educating students from year 3 to year 13, SEND interventions, developing trust-wide digital IT strategies, cyber security, project management, researching and implementing blended learning, and enhancing remote teaching methodologies. Luke is passionate about children achieving their potential and enjoying learning, data, policies and helping schools become more efficient to improve school performance. Other experience includes being a trust data protection officer, management of apprenticeships and also a fee-paying tutoring service. He is a graduate of the University of Brighton, with academic experience at Arizona State University and the south coast of England.
