Max leads the architectural side of the Colchester Design Team. Ingleton Wood is a multidisciplinary design and architectural consultancy working with more than 200 academies to manage their estates and School Condition Allocation (SCA) as well as planning and managing other funding opportunities. Their work spans condition surveys, new-build schools, major expansions, SEND provision, refurbishments, and sustainability‑focused improvements. 

Max leads the education sector within the practice, guides apprentices, and is committed to strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration. His wider contribution to Ingleton Wood extends beyond project work, with active involvement in governance, mentoring, coaching, and sector engagement.
