Mo Chatra is the CFOO for Academy Transformation Trust. He has worked in the academy trust sector since 2019, following a seven-year spell at the Department for Education. Mo has led on finance transformation programmes at both his current and previous trust and has centralised finance, implemented GAG pooling, overseen finance systems changes and driven ICFP-led efficiency initiatives. Away from finance, Mo has delivered large-scale projects and worked extensively in procurement and schools' construction. Mo is a big advocate of cross-sector collaboration and will delve into this subject as part of his session.
