Nick Cross is CEO of King's Group Academies.  He has led the co-construction of the Trust vision - Opportunity and Success on a Global Stage - alongside its core values of Honesty, Faith and Courage. These have been embedded consistently across KGA and are now a powerful shared language that guides culture, behaviour and decision-making.  During his tenure, the Trust has expanded rapidly from 9 to 15 academies in 2024, doubling pupil numbers.  He is committed to being visible, relational and values-driven.
