Olivia is an experienced educational leader, head teacher, executive coach, and inclusion specialist. 

Olivia believes in innovating and redesigning education and is part of global education forums and action research projects including inclusive school improvement projects with the IB. She is a fellow of the International Forum of Inclusive Practicioners and contributed to the global inclusion whitepaper the ‘Almaty Convention’. She is also part of the leadership team for the Association for Coaching and is passionate about embedding coaching driven, inclusive, and psychologically safe cultures across organisations. 

Through her current role as Training and Improvement Manager at Aldar Training Academy, she supports and develops a network of over 30 schools focusing on strategic school improvement, inclusive practice, and executive coaching. She also delivers diverse training and development programmes inlcuding; Leadership Coaching, Inclusion Teacher Programme, Louvre Abu Dhabi training, and National Professional Qualifications.
