Patrick has served as a Strategic Lead at Diverse Academies Trust since 2016. With responsibility across 16 academies including secondary, primary, and special schools - his role is varied and dynamic, working closely with a highly skilled team of Designated Safeguarding Leads across all settings.

Over time, Patrick’s focus has evolved to centre primarily on his work as the Trust Safeguarding Leader. In addition, he oversees attendance, alternative provision, and the quality assurance of exclusions across the multi-academy trust (MAT). Patrick is also a member of the NAASA network of Trust safeguarding leaders.
