Paul has been at the heart of the journey of Flying High, overseeing its inception as a cohort one teaching school and establishing Flying High as a Multi Academy Trust. During this time, the Trust has grown to 35 schools and now encompasses a teaching school hub, SCITT, English hub, behaviour hub and EY hub. Paul is a pupil premium reviewer and has oversight of pupil premium across the partnership. He also has responsibility for operations, the futures team encompassing CPL, talent management within and beyond the MAT and HR.
