Philip is now the Chief Transformation Officer of Compass Eko Trust, created by the merger of The Compass Partnership of Schools and Eko Trust in April 2026. Philip was previously deputy CEO & CFO of Eko Trust from April 2021 during which time the trust grew from seven to 13 schools, strengthened financial sustainability, achieved pupil outcomes that made it one of the highest performing primary MATs and expanded its' two SEMH schools by 80%. Prior to Eko, Philip was a consultant project manager helping schools create and develop MATs and Eko Trust was a client. He has a marketing and commercial background having worked in advertising and marketing agencies for a number of years.
