Phillipa is deputy CEO of Invictus Education Trust, leading strategic development across West Midlands schools. Formerly a principal in a national MAT, she led a school to its first Ofsted ‘Good’ rating and previously helped Bristnall Hall Academy achieve top local progress scores. With over 20 years in education, she specialises in school improvement, curriculum design, and leadership development. Phillipa is a visiting fellow and NPQ facilitator with Ambition Institute, sits on the Haybridge Teaching School Hub board, and contributes to the West Midlands Education Exchange. She champions collaboration and believes shared expertise benefits all children.
