PSHE Association
The PSHE Association is the official subject association and charity for PSHE education – the school curriculum subject that incorporates statutory RSHE content on mental health and wellbeing. The Association supports a thriving national network of over 50,000 teachers and schools with lesson plans, guidance and training as well as a research-led mental health curriculum for both primary and secondary schools.
o Foundations for Wellbeing is the Association’s mental health curriculum for KS1 and 2; This fully research led, evidence-based curriculum supports pupils aged 4–11 to understand and manage their emotions, attention and behaviour — with 35 fully-resourced lessons, practical strategies, and statutory RSHE coverage.
o Wellbeing for Life then covers KS3 and 4 and gives you everything you need to implement a planned, proactive, strengths-based approach to supporting your students’ mental health and emotional wellbeing through PSHE now and in the future. It includes 15 fully-resourced lessons: five for year 7, five for years 8-9, and five for years 10-11.
