Rebecca Coulter is Principal of Dubai British School Jumeirah Park and Executive Principal of UK Curriculum Schools at Taaleem. A University of Cambridge graduate, she began her career in performing arts and Sixth Form leadership, transforming provision at the Inspiration Trust into one of the UK’s highest-performing Sixth Forms for student progress. Since moving to Dubai in 2016, Rebecca has held senior leadership roles at Kings’ and Jumeirah College. At DBSJP, her leadership - recognised by KHDA as “inspirational and visionary” - has secured Outstanding judgements from KHDA and British Schools Overseas, alongside national awards for performing arts provision and staff wellbeing. Sustained exceptional academic outcomes reflect her conviction that ambition, inclusion and belonging should reinforce one another. Rebecca’s approach combines strong relationships with rigorous, evidence-informed school improvement.
