Rebekah is co-CEO of Compass Eko Trust, a high achieving trust with a strong record of school improvement, comprising 28 schools across the south east and east of England including two all-through SEMH schools, two all-through special schools for learners with autism and complex needs and 24 primary schools. School improvement is at the heart of her work; she leads high quality, impactful support commissioned by local authorities, with an unwavering belief that every child deserves an exceptional education regardless of their needs or background.

With more than 20 years' experience as an Ofsted inspector and a career spanning headteacher, National Leader of Education and senior CPD adviser, Rebekah brings depth across primary, secondary and special school settings. A co-opted member of ASCL Council, she is energised by working alongside people and committed to nurturing leadership at every level believing that when schools work collectively, they achieve far more than they ever could alone.
