Riaz is a dedicated counsellor and educator with a strong commitment to supporting students’ wellbeing, personal development, and success. With a focus on pastoral care, he creates safe and inclusive environments where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Riaz has completed the Train the Trainer programme with The Safeguarding Alliance (TSA), enabling him to deliver advanced safeguarding training, including Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) development and whole-school safeguarding training for staff. His expertise combines practical safeguarding knowledge with a passion for creating positive outcomes for young people.
