Sarah has worked in HR since 2012, beginning her career at Nationwide Building Society before joining Zurich in 2020. She is an experienced manager and HR professional, with a strong strategic focus on wellbeing and inclusion, an area she has specialised in over recent years. Sarah is CIPD‑qualified, having completed both her Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications alongside her career.
