With over 15 years’ Dubai-based experience in the field of SEND and inclusion, Sharon has experience of inclusion through a variety of lenses including clinical practice, educational support, and strategic leadership. Having worked in a group-wide role across Kings’ Education, Fortes Education, and now JESS since 2020, Sharon has significant first-hand experience of supporting schools to evolve and adapt in response to student needs and local frameworks. She firmly believes that honest self-evaluation and long-term action-planning can support meaningful, sustainable school improvement from any starting point. With support from stakeholders at all levels, the inclusion team at JESS Dubai has maintained a consistent ‘outstanding’ record through various inspections and award processes and are delighted to support other schools on their journey.
