Siobhán is Head of Inclusion at GEMS Education, working from the School Support Centre to support inclusive education across the GEMS network. Her role focuses on strengthening inclusive practice through strategic school support, quality assurance, policy development and professional learning.

With a background spanning classroom teaching, early years leadership and school-based Inclusion leadership, Siobhán is passionate about building the capacity of schools and educators to remove barriers to learning and ensure all students experience meaningful participation, progress, belonging and independence.
