With over a decade of leadership experience across the UK and the Middle East, Steve brings a wealth of expertise in education and school development. Steve is currently Principal of Ranches Primary School, prior to this he led the Gifted and Talented programme at GEMS Education, supporting learning across 48 top schools in the region. Passionate about personalised and strengths-based learning, Steve is committed to creating a school environment that nurtures academic success, teacher growth, co-curricular enrichment, and student wellbeing.
