Suzie Rees leads UCAS engagement across Wales, partnering with schools, colleges, and sector stakeholders to improve access to higher education and support positive learner outcomes. Her work focuses on collaboration, widening participation, and embedding high-quality guidance earlier in the learner journey.
With more than 17 years in education, Suzanne has held teaching and senior leadership roles in East London, including leading Sixth Form provision, curriculum reform, teaching and learning strategies, and school improvement initiatives. She also has extensive experience as an examiner and senior examiner.
Suzanne holds NPQH and SSAT lead practitioner accreditation and is passionate about supporting educators and learners to fulfil their potential through equitable access to opportunity.
