Following this Tina has grown the Trust to 5 schools (9 provisions) this includes mainstream, specialist, primary, secondary, a mental health provision, outreach and short break respite care. Tina initiated the limited company ‘Rivermead Solutions’ which sits under the Rivermead Inclusive Trust umbrella and is a non-for-profit company specialising in professional services. Tina has led all schools/provisions through numerous Ofsted Inspections over the past 9 years and all schools are ‘Good’ schools, some with outstanding features. Tina, as previous Headteacher of Rivermead Special School, successfully led the school in two Ofsted inspections and achieved ‘Good’ as well as growing a therapy team and specialist professionals in ASD/SEMH. Her experience of SEND, Leadership and change management is outstanding, and she continues to be involved in the SEND forum as well as the representative from Secondary education on the Local Authority SEND Improvement Board, Tina sits/chairs other local advisory groups and also works with Medway LA on the Medway Education Partnership Group.

In her time as CEO the outcomes of the schools in the Trust have either been broadly in line with national or have exceeded national averages. Tina has grown, expanded and centralised the capacity within the RIT, through her business acumen and understanding of finance. As a result, the Trust is now in a prime position for additional growth. Tina also sits as Trustee for Home-Start Medway which provides unique services for families with children across Medway.
