Zarina is an experienced education leader with a strong track record in school improvement, inclusive practice, and quality assurance across both international and UK contexts. With five years’ experience as an HMI, she has extensive expertise in inspection frameworks, leadership development, and whole-school evaluation, working closely with schools to strengthen provision, raise standards, and secure equitable outcomes for all learners. 

She has played a key role in supporting schools through rigorous review and accreditation processes, including alignment with international quality standards. Zarina brings a strategic yet practical approach to leadership, combining data-informed evaluation with a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. 

A passionate advocate for inclusion, she focuses on building systems that enable every student, regardless of background or starting point to thrive. Her work includes developing leadership capacity, improving curriculum quality, and embedding sustainable, measurable inclusive practices. 

Zarina is the author of two national school awards through Optimus Education and has co-authored a high-level behaviour training module for pastoral staff. She actively contributes to professional dialogue, supporting educators to adopt values-led, impact-focused approaches to leadership and inclusion.
